When Coronavirus began to break out on American shores, New Orleans was one of first hit. Local artists began an online fundraiser festival for PPE called SofaKing Fest. We quickly went into action to do the part we could, get some TV doctors to tell everyone to wash their hands, and thank all the healthcare providers we knew were harms way. We reached out to the entire casts of ER and Chicago Hope knowing Louisiana has friends there. Adam Arkin and Paul McCrane were available to get the spot done in the time allowed.
